Here's a decklist that took some serious conceptual work to put together. You're probably thinking "But wait, Djinns don't have any tribal synergy!", and you'd be right. What this deck manages to do is weave together a mechanical theme through the tribe, giving us a nice, polished, and most of all thematic product.
Before jumping into it I should give credit where credit is due; this was a fellow Johnny's initial idea that was hammered out on a long car ride together.

Can you spot what's going on here? The lynchpin of the entire deck is Djinn of Wishes, who lets us pull the rest of the deck out onto the battlefield. Johnny favorite Clockspinning gives us more wishes, while Djinn Illuminatus and Tidespout Tyrant accelerate and wreak havoc, respectively. This deck wants to draw into Clockspinning and play it as many times as possible in a turn.
Psionic Blast may seem like a random addition here, but it's actually very useful in finishing off opponents with Illuminatus after we've bashed face a little bit. Riverwheel Aerialists is obviously a recent addition and hasn't been field-tested, but I'm curious to see how big it can get with all the Clockspinning shenanigans present.
As a last note: Gauntlet of Power not only provides much-needed mana, but also substitutes for a tribal booster like Door of Destinies or Obelisk of Urd. Since this is a monoblue deck, we can ignore the fact that all our creatures are Djinns and focus on the fact that they're all blue instead. Despite having any sort of obvious tribal synergy, this deck works surprisingly well. You can also fish into the sideboard for some more flavorful options.
