Decklist: Monogreen Tribal Wolves

As a follow-up to my post on building an off-brand tribal deck, I've dusted off some old tribal decks and given them a bit of an upgrade to stay current. Up for review today: a monogreen Wolf deck.

This one's a bit of an easy build, as wolves aren't without support. It turns out that there's a bit of a sub-tribe at work here: since Wolf-Skull Shaman cares about creatures that share a type with him to generate wolves, the only actual creatures in the deck are elves (and a shaman).

Most of the noncreature cards in the deck can be customized and swapped out as you see fit. As the creatures pump out wolves fairly consistently, you can expect to have a healthy board that can take out opposing threats directly and rebuild after board wipes at a decent pace.

Unfortunately, Master of the Wild Hunt is pretty integral to the deck, so this isn't a budget build. But if you've got any copies kicking around, this can prove to be a fun kitchen table deck to try out.

As I've mentioned, I'll be posting a few more of these tribal decks during the coming week, so stay tuned!
